1. Products (Spiritual Kits, Malas, Yantras, etc.)

• Once an order is processed, shipped, and delivered, we do not accept returns or refunds under any circumstances.

• This is because our products are energized, consecrated, or spiritually prepared, and once delivered, they cannot be reused or resold.

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will review and provide a replacement (if applicable).

2. Services (Consultations, Poojas, Homams, Remedies)

• Payments made for astrology consultations, poojas, homams, and other spiritual services are non-refundable once booked.

• Rescheduling of services may be possible if requested at least 48 hours in advance, subject to our availability.

3. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following rare cases:

• Duplicate payment due to technical error.

• Cancellation by Trivana Guru Peetam due to unavoidable reasons.
