At Trivana Guru Peetam, we strive to provide quality spiritual products, remedies, and services with care and devotion. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase or booking a service.
1. Products (Spiritual Kits, Malas, Yantras, etc.)

Once an order is processed, shipped, and delivered, we do not accept returns or refunds under any circumstances.

This is because our products are energized, consecrated, or spiritually prepared, and once delivered, they cannot be reused or resold.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will review and provide a replacement (if applicable).
2. Services (Consultations, Poojas, Homams, Remedies)

Payments made for astrology consultations, poojas, homams, and other spiritual services are non-refundable once booked.

Rescheduling of services may be possible if requested at least 48 hours in advance, subject to our availability.
3. Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in the following rare cases:

Duplicate payment due to technical error.

Cancellation by Trivana Guru Peetam due to unavoidable reasons.
